Peak Financial Group operates two distinct arms: Peak Platforms, a real-time broadcast technology company that generates operating revenue, and a Mission-Driven Acquisitions division that directs a portion of those profits toward property stewardship and ministry outreach — beginning with Freedom Ranch.

About Kevin Whitaker

Kevin Whitaker is the founder of Peak Financial Group LLC and the visionary behind the Freedom Ranch initiative. With a professional background in financial services, Kevin has passed the Series 6, 63, and 65 securities exams and holds life and health insurance licenses in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, which broadens his perspective on financial and personal stewardship.

He divides his time between Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico — where he owns a cabin property just a few hundred yards from the planned Freedom Ranch site in Montezuma. His personal investment in the area reflects a hands-on commitment to establishing the first Freedom Ranch model locally before expanding nationwide.

Freedom Ranch — Montezuma, New Mexico

The Montezuma property has been identified as the first Freedom Ranch retreat site. Located in the mountains near Las Vegas, New Mexico, it will serve as the pilot model for future Freedom Ranch facilities nationwide — offering a peaceful environment for restoration, family connection, and outdoor activities.

The surrounding area was deeply affected by the Hermits Peak and Calf Canyon wildfires in April 2022 — the largest in New Mexico's history. The Freedom Ranch vision here also reflects a commitment to long-term community renewal and healing after that devastation.

Freedom Ranch HQ — Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas

The Dallas–Fort Worth area has been selected as the headquarters for Freedom Ranch. Its central location, premier infrastructure, and proximity to DFW International Airport make it the ideal hub for national coordination, leadership training, and expansion to future retreat sites.

Peak Financial Group is currently evaluating a premier 5-acre estate on Chaparral Lane in Roanoke — originally developed as a luxury residence and corporate retreat — as the potential home of Freedom Ranch Headquarters. The property features meeting and event areas, entertainment spaces, a pool, and landscaped grounds less than 30 minutes from DFW Airport. An adjacent 5-acre tract may also be available, offering future expansion potential.
